At Wild Harvest Apothecary, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below for details on how to proceed.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items, customized or personalized items, and items marked as final sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@wildharvestapothecary.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of $5 may apply to certain returns.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received an item that was damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt:

  • Report the Issue: Email us at info@wildharvestapothecary.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
  • Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Contact Support: Email info@wildharvestapothecary.com with details and photos of the damaged item.
  • Resolution Options: We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. Sale & Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please confirm your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
