1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
We offer several shipping options to best meet your needs. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Currently, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary based on destination.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
3. International Shipping
AS OF OCTOBER 30, 2024 WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY - PLEASE SIGN UP TO OUR EMAIL LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN THIS CHANGES.
For international orders:
- Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the country. Please allow additional time for customs processing.
- Restrictions: Certain products may not be available for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.
5. Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays, weather, and holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@wildharvestapothecary.com, and we’ll assist you as best as possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Damaged Items: Please email us at info@wildharvestapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage and order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact us to investigate with the carrier.
